Please consider the following...
As with any organized sport or activity, fundraising is needed to cover expenses throughout the season. Our team relies on the volunteer efforts at local races from which we get money; on the money we receive from concession duty; and parent donations.
Since most of our team expenses are for food throughout the season (snacks, team banquet, etc), we would like the donations this year to be in the form of grocery store gift cards. We have volunteers scheduled throughout the season to purchase snacks, bagels, etc. Giving them a grocery store gift card for these purchases would help ease the reimbursement process.
If you would like to donate to this team fund, please send in a $25 gift card to Wegmans, or Harris Teeter . We use them throughout the season as needs arise.
Gift Cards can be turned into Coach DeGaetano or Coach James.
Thank you to the Families who have volunteered to do Meet Snacks this season!
Upcoming Dates:
3/19- Pasta Dinner in the School Cafeteria after Practice
3/20- First and Only Home Meet/ Senior Night - More to come this week!
3/30 - Manchester Relay
5/29 - End of the Year Team Banquet/ Awards Ceremony.
