Tryouts will be held on the following dates and locations. Please note you must attend ALL 3 DATES and sign up is required. Link to sign up will be posted shortly.
- Feb. 20th- Rowing/ergging 2000 meter timed tests from 4:45PM-7PM at TruStrength, 42910 Winkle Dr. Unit #105, Ashburn, VA. 20147. You must sign up in advance.
- Feb. 21st - Riverside FACTS field at the track 6:30PM. Each athlete will be timed for 3 mile run. No sign up required.
- Feb. 22nd - Rowing/ergging timed tests and push ups from 4:45PM-7PM at TruStrength, 42910 Winkle Dr. Unit #105, Ashburn, VA. 20147. You must sign up in advance.
