Coach Kevin Bednoski
Head Coach
Varsity Softball
"Coaching is a profession of love. You can't coach people unless you love them.” —Eddie Robinson
Entering his final season at the helm of the Rams, Coach Kevin is honored to take the field with this talented group of players and coaches this spring. Coming off the program's first ever State Championship in 2024, the Rams look to continue their excellence not just on the field, but in the community as well.
Coach Kevin has led the Rams to an 89-26 record as a Head Coach, but it is not the record that is paramount. The absolute most important thing that he wants anyone to know about our coaching philosophy is that it is simple. The better they get to know each student-athlete as a person, as a student, as a learner, the better we can relate, teach, coach and mentor. If done right, it will manifest itself on the field of play. His programs do this through: integrity, trust, appropriate goal setting, believe and LOVE.
Together the Rams have achieved:
2024 Virginia Class 5 State Champions
2019 Potomac District Champions
4 Washington Post All-Met Players
11 All-State Players
23 All Region Players
26 All District Players
#LND - Leave No Doubt
