Monday, November 6:  

Gr. 11-12: 4:30-6:30 pm at Belmont Ridge MS

Gr. 9 & 10: 7:00-9:00 pm in Main Gym

Tuesday, November 7:

Gr. 11-12 at 6:30-8:00 am in Main Gym

Gr. 9 & 10: 2:00-4:00 pm in Main Gym

Wednesday, November 8:

Gr. 11-12 at 4:30-6:45 pm 

Gr. 9 at 4:30-6:45 pm at Belmont Ridge MS (ending at RVHS)

Gr. 10 at 4:30-6:45 pm in Main Gym

The Final Greenday for this fall will be held as follows:

Gr 9: 4:30-6:15 PM on Thursday, 10/26 at Belmont Ridge MS with Coach Diggs

Gr. 10: 7-8:30 AM on Thursday,  10/26 at RV Main with Coach Mitchell

Due to player feedback on outstanding academic work and academic deadlines, the following changes have been made to the schedule for the last 10 days of the off-season:

10/19 GREEN DAY IS CANCELED!

10/23 GREEN DAY IS CANCELED!

10/24 BLUE DAY - Shorter Time - 4:30-6 pm (bring court shoes to run) start in weight room; end at Belmont

10/26 LAST GREEN DAY - Gr 9-10 at 7-8:30 AM in RV Main  /// Group 2 w/ Coach Gallagher TBA
