Today is the first day of practice. Please bring any physical forms and turn them into Matt Oblas, Athletic Director before practice. There are two parts to the school physical:

1. Physical Form

What to wear:
Comfortable workout clothes, gym shorts/joggers and a t-shirt. Make sure that your top and shorts are not baggy, have zippers, buckles, flaps, or loose ties. You may wear either socks or wrestling shoes on your feet.

Other items to bring:
Items to shower after practice and a water bottle. 

Remember to eat something about an hour before practice. See you all there!

Our 2018-2019 Gear package will once again come from Rudis.com and will consist of a team singlet, t-shirt, shorts, 3/4 zip pullover, and a gear bag.  We have changed the color scheme around this year; however the overall look will be similar to the 2017-2018 season.  Our gear bag has been upgraded to a larger bag with better zippers. 

We will announce the final price and order dates soon.

For the 2018-2019 Wrestling season, we have selected the Asics Aggressor III in the Blue/Red color scheme as our team shoe.  Currently you can find these shoes on multiple different websites ranging from $32.99 - 129.99.
