Lastly, we are still missing a few players that need to fill out the google form for the ring order. We are still in the ring design phase. However, we need all players who are receiving a ring to fill out the google form, even if you came to school to be sized by Jostens.

State Championship Ring Information:

  • Please fill out this google form. https://forms.gle/D7DPv7F2iRj8tcoH7
  • We need everyone to fill out the form with accuracy by Monday 6/29 at the latest.
  • Be sure the last name section is how you would like your name shown on your ring.
  • If you were sized by Jostens, you can type your ring size or put “Sized by Jostens” in that section.

That’s all for now. Thank you all so much again for an AMAZING season!

Lightridge Game Changes

Posted on 05/11/2026

Greetings Riverside Lacrosse,

We have some unfortunate news for Wednesday's schedule. Lightridge High School is not able to field a JV team for Wednesday's scheduled game. Because of this, our JV season has concluded. It was an amazing season; you all should be proud of all that you accomplished.

Today, we will be collecting all the JV equipment and issued items. Thank you again for an amazing season, and we hope/encourage you all to come out to the Varsity games throughout the playoffs. There will be a few JV players that will be asked to join the Varsity team to help with preparation during the playoffs. They will be notified after school today.

Due to the JV cancelation, the Varsity game vs. Lightridge has been moved up to 6:00pm on Wednesday. This also moves up the senior night celebration. Senior parents, please meet on the track by 5:40pm. We will start the recognition at 5:50pm. Thank you for your understanding and adjustment.

ALL IN,

-Coach Nick Worek

Moving forward you will see a team that is sharing the ball, celebrating teammates before themselves, playing different positions and stepping into different roles for the betterment of the TEAM. You will see a team that will be genuinely excited about total TEAM success. This is the essence of being ALL IN. We hope that you all join us in our re-found focus and are excited for the journey ahead.

What an amazing spring weekend we are having. I hope you are using this time to relax, recover, and catch up on schoolwork. This is the last week of lacrosse before spring break. Two back-to-back games this week, and we are at home!

Items to note:

  • We are still looking for 1 more person to help film VARSITY games this spring. We only need help for 3-4 games. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE… Film is so important to what we do as a program and helping the boys learn and grow.
  • Please be sure we are taking gear home and washing your things.. We recommend at least once a week. Wash your pads on and practice jersey on cold/gentle. Air-Dry them. “Take care of your equipment and it will take care of you”. Hygiene is essential to staying healthy throughout the season.

Week of 3/15

Posted on 03/15/2026

Greetings Riverside Lacrosse,

The regular season has arrived. It’s game week! Let’s be sure to bring the energy all week and show Heritage what Riverside Lacrosse is all about.

Important notes:

  • We are still in serious need of a parent to help film the Varsity Games. We have had some hiccups in the first two scrimmages that have very much convinced us that an adult behind the camera is a necessity. Mr. Woodward has graciously volunteered to help; however, we need 1 or 2 more parents to divvy up the responsibility. We will train you; you will be in the press box with a great view of the game and be dry and comfortable! Please use this link to sign up. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/904094FA8A92FA2FA7-62806703-boys#/
  • Each player was given a senior mentor this week. We encourage players to use those mentors to help them with any questions or issues they may have that arise during the week. It is a great way to build positive program dynamics and teach the senior class great leadership qualities as they transition into the next phase of their lives.

Here is how this week looks:

Monday 3/16 – Practice 4:45-6:45pm (Practice Turf)

  • We are watching the threat of severe weather. This may have an impact on practice time or location. We will be in communication if anything changes.

Tuesday 3/17 – Practice 4:45-6:45pm (Practice Turf)

Wednesday 3/18 – Practice 4:45-6:45pm (Practice Turf)

Thursday 3/19 – Away Games @ Heritage (JV 6:00pm / Varsity 7:15pm)

  • No School Thursday
  • JV reports @ 4:00pm. Bring Everything.
  • Varsity reports @ 4:45pm. Bring Everything.

Friday 3/20 – Off

  • Enjoy the day off from school. Rest and recover your bodies.

Saturday 3/21 – Practice 8:00-11:00am (Practice Turf)

If you have any questions, as always please don’t hesitate to reach out.

ALL IN,

-Coach Worek

Greetings Riverside Lacrosse,

Due to a current lack of orders, we have decided to extend both team shops to close next Wednesday10/22 now.

Our current number of orders for custom equipment has not met the minimum required to place the order.

If you are in the market for new gloves or arm pads, please consider placing an order. We will not be offering custom equipment for at least another 2 years, as this is something we only do every other season.

Custom Equipment Store

Posted on 09/25/2025

Greetings Riverside Lacrosse,

Every two years, with help from Maverick/BSN, we create a custom equipment for you to purchase if you are interested. This gear is authentic to only Riverside Lacrosse.

This shop is completely OPTIONAL. We have custom gloves and arm protection (3 different styles). There are also other items on the shop such as cleats, shafts, heads etc…

By starting the shop this early, we will HOPEFULLY have the gear near the holiday season. Although nothing can be guaranteed when dealing with custom items.

The equipment shop is now OPEN. We will be opening a fall apparel store for fans/families soon as well. Again, these shops are 100% optional.
